En Hemisferios nos gusta hablar de tecnología, de política industrial y de su impacto en la economía y en la sociedad. Y todo ello está directamente ligado a aquellas medidas que los gobiernos toman para incentivar el desarrollo social y económico del país. El año 2022 ha sido un año difícil, con el mercado de valores a la baja durante mucha parte del año. Y la inflación disparada, con una subida de tipos de interés en alza. A pesar de ello vemos que el consumo no se ha resentido mucho en nuestro país. Y el mercado inmobiliario ha seguido al alza Y parece que los resultados de las empresas no serán malos

En este programa tratamos de analizar lo que ha pasado el año 2022 a través de las medidas del gobierno de España, y como han influido en la economía y la sociedad. Y también tratamos de dar luz a lo que nos puede venir en el presente año 2023.

Y para ello tenemos a uno de los mejores economistas del país, de prestigio reconocido en muchas de las televisiones y radios de nuestro entorno. Me refiero a Julián Salcedo, ya conocido en este programa por sus colaboraciones y la ayuda que, como “co-equipper”, me ha brindado en otras entrevistas. El es. recodémoslo, Doctor en Economía y Doctorando en Derecho. En su experiencia profesional cuenta con amplia experiencia en el sector inmobiliario habiendo sido Director General de Mapfre inmuebles. Actualmente es CEO de CEFYRE, consultora legal y financiera y Presidente del Foro de economistas inmobiliarios.

In Hemisferios we like to debate about technology, industrial policy and their impact in the economy and the society. And this is closely linked to those measures that the governmental bodies implement to incentivize the social and economic development of the country. Year 2022 has been a difficult year, with stock market down during most of the year. And the inflation high, with an interest rate growing up. Despite of this, we observe that the consumption has been resisting in Spain. The real state market has been growing. And looks that the results of the companies will not be so bad.

In this program we analyse what has been happening during the year 2022, through the measures implemented by the Spanish Government, and how they have been influencing in the economy and the society. And also we try to give some light to what could be happening the current year.

To talk about all of this we have interview with one of the best economist of the country, with wide recognition in several TV stations and radio of our country. Julian Salcedo is already known in this program by his collaborations and also acting as my co-equipper in this program. He is PhD in Economy and Doctorand in Law. He has wide experience in real state, having been General Manager of Mapfre Real State branch. Currently he is CEO of CEFyRE, legal and financing advising firm and President of the Real State Economist Forum.
