En mi programa Hemisferios solemos dialogar con destacados profesionales de la enseñanza. Hoy, por primera vez (¡y no será la última!), abordaremos el tema de las asociaciones de profesionales titulados. Estas entidades, parte integral de la sociedad civil, juegan un papel clave en la regulación y formación continua de cada profesión, además de contribuir al desarrollo económico y social del país.

Hoy nos centramos en una asociación particularmente destacada en el campo de la edificación: el Colegio de Aparejadores y Arquitectos Técnicos de Madrid. Su brillante actividad y contribuciones a la sociedad son dignas de mención.

Tenemos el placer de entrevistar a D. Jesús Paños Arroyo, Presidente del Colegio, y a Luis Gil-Delgado García, Director Gerente. Jesús es Aparejador y Arquitecto Técnico por la Universidad Politécnica de Madrid y graduado en ingeniería de la edificación por la Universidad Europea de Madrid. especialista en gestión inmobiliaria, restauración arquitectónica y valoraciones . Luis, por su parte, es licenciado en Derecho y Project manager por el COAATM, y anteriormente ejerció como letrado Asesor del colegio.

On my program Hemisferios at at Decision Radio we typically converse with distinguished professionals in education. Today, for the first time (and certainly not the last!), we’ll delve into the topic of chartered professional associations. These entities, a crucial part of civil society, play a key role in regulating and providing ongoing training for each profession, while also contributing to the country’s economic and social development.

Today we focus on an association particularly notable in the field of building: the Colegio de Aparejadores y Arquitectos Tecnicos de Madrid. Its brilliant activity and contributions to society are noteworthy.

We’re delighted to interview D. Jesús Paños Arroyo, President of the College, and Luis Gil-Delgado García, Managing Director. Jesús is Aparejador and Technical Architect from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and Graduate in edificaction engineering from Universidad Europea de Madrid and a specialist in real estate management and architectural restoration and Value Assesment. Luis, on the other hand, has a law degree and is a Project Manager by the COAATM, and formerly served as a legal Advisor for the college.
