Al hilo de este post que daba entrada a la entrevista con mis colaboradores de #Hemisferios en @Decision Radio Darío Reques y Juan Carlos Ramiro, dejamos abierta la posibilidad a un segundo programa en el que tratáramos temas que fueran propuestos por la audiencia. Y como planeamos, aquí ponemos a vuestra disposición esta segunda parte.

En ella tratamos con profusión como la accesibilidad en un mundo digitalizado se convierte en una gran oportunidad, junto con la innovación, para diferenciar nuestros negocios. Sin duda la accesibilidad es un vector de diferenciación y de crecimiento en todo lo que será el mundo futuro, como nos explica Juan Carlos en la entrevista. Following this post that was giving access to my interview with my collaborators in #Hemisferios at Decision Radio, Darío Réques y Juan Carlos Ramiro, we have prepared this second program where we are tackling some questions that we have been receiving from our audience. In this video of the interview, we put at your disposal responses to such open subjects posted.

In this interview we deeply tackle how the accessibility in a digitalised world become ina big opportunity, jointly with innovation, to differentiate our business. Without any doubt it is a vector of differentiation and growth in all that will be our future, as Juan Carlos explain to us during the interview. Dario will comment to us about the DEI projects that many companies already have in place.

Also, Dario explain to us, with examples, what are the success factors for the entrepreneurship, achieving, through enlarged vision, to limit the risk and foster sustainable growth. We talk about how to manage this growth in the company and also about the difficulty to manage people and build a real winning team. And of course, we will talk about mentoring, as a differential factor to achieve additional success in our businesses.
